Help/Support Help with installing a theme on IOS 11.1.2

[TimeFluid 3 iPhone 8 Plus 11.1.2]

I'm running iOS 11.1.2 with Electra. I can't install this theme because I can't find the files anywhere besides cydia. Can anyone with cydia please send me the files for this theme. Thanks.  http://moreinfo.thebigboss.org/moreinfo/depiction.php?file=dockxiDp

How do you install .deb files? The way I know is making a new project in Xcode and than saving it, opening IOS App Signer, than after signing it opening Xcode back up and importing the ipa.

So I found out how to get the files in the right places, but now I have an issue. I'm not sure if this is fixable on our side or not lol. The docks a little off.

Disable 5 icon dock ..... it seems to not work fine on some devices 

amazing dock worked with me fine
