I need help guys. I can't turn on the VPN after setting up. It just pop up a message saying "authentication failed". Anyone can help me? Thx.

Aithentication error message means the username and password you supplied were incorrect. I don't think that will work anymore unless someone updates the password or maybe you're entering them wrong.
