Yeah, some things require updating on the Jailbreak/Cydia side from what I know.

Have you been able to get Flex 3 to run on iOS 10.3.x ? I can only get 2 to run

On ios 10.1.1 with h3lix it worked, now i have 10.3.3 with h3lix and its not working. Probably its not updated.
