Boot into Safe Mode and try to connect in iFunBox SSH.

If i open ifunbox in safe mode, then is not working because says "Failed to load iOS Device Driver. Install iTunes to fix the problem or upgrade to the lastest version". And i have iTunes installed and the last version

Not your PC in safe mode.

 

Boot your PC back into normal mode and boot your iDevice into Safe Mode.

Okay so the issue is because of your PC.

 

Reinstalling OpenSSH did not help?

 

Can you also try another iFunBox version? Maybe an older one?
