Help/Support 10.3.x cydia tweaks.

I have a question, is the 10.3.x jailbreak completely useless because you can't install any hacks? Also ifile for me didn't work? If someone can help me install any hacks I will be very grateful :)!

No, I mean the deb with flex cheats. No code injection etc
