I'm don't understand you, you need download pp.dat from mediafire, then copy and paste it to 

/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Random numbers or PVZ2/Library/Application Support/No_Backup it should be here, search better.

I tried all this. I think it only works on JB devices. My iphone 7 was non-jb and the no_backup folder isn't showing, but on my iphone 6 jb, the folder is showing.
