Took me a while to get back on but heres how. Turn localiapp off then start MM2 and go to store tab. Tap purchase bundle let load and cancel transaction do this atleast 3 times, leave store tab open And go back to idevice settings and turn localiapp back on dont turn on the custom receipt. Go back to MM2 and purchase the bundle. Works like magic. Hope this helps.

Doesn't work for me, which version of the game was this? I tried this on  v1.1.3 of the game (iOS 11.4 JB)
