Lol its 2021 and this method still works I had to use filza to install the 10.0.4 version and use kern bypass on the app so it didn't know I was jailbroken but it worked. 

 

These images are proof of me having the coins and gems on 15.99 version I didn't do it to 99,999 coins and gems because I wanted to make sure the method worked. However as soon as a updated it to latest all of my save game got wiped

 

 

 

I had a hard time finding the old version of the app but found it on app cake if any one wants to get it on a faster download ill try and link it.
