You have to downgrade to 10.0.4 first then wipe out data

But i did that... I have a kind of a save file which is stuck on the app..If i wipe data it just goes to that save every time.. doesnt matter which version.. ITS LIKE LITERSLLY STUCK ON THAT SAVE FILE... Pls help me fix it

Btw im logged out of icloud and gameCenter so that isnt the thing that keeps the sams save file.

Try uninstalling the game then downgrade to 10.0.4 and wipe out data
