    Yea all i did was delete app and re install and im just playing game legit for now. Ima wait till they can help us fix this problem. Im lvl 92 :p so i dont really need a hack for me to clear every stage im already op. But the hack makes it faster for me to clear lvl's thats all.

    Then you need to do what i did. It sucks but o well u kinda have no choice. You need to go to the bandai support page and request a data recovery, you fill out all of the info they require and they will "investigate" your info and request. Then after a few days like 4-5 they will issue you a password for the account to recover all your data
