Installation Instructions:

I uninstalled the 2.5.4 and installed this modded apk and on startup I get just a black screen nothing appears, any advice on how to fix. I have S8 plus rooted and try reinstalling once but still same thing ?

Place your .obb somewhere. Install the modded APK and place the .obb back  at Android/obb/
