You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems. 

 

I found a tutorial about how to run apt-get and got terminal

but cydia show this again

How can I fix this? Im on iOS 10.3.3 on an iPhone 5 , h3lix jb

Don't do it.

they haven't fixed for these apps. Use files file manager instead of iFile. Remove icleaner as well

Terminal didn't crash or?

No, very buggy and crashes a lot

I can't remember what happened or what I did, but the UIClean in the app after jailbreak always failed.

Wait for update. You can use Filza. For iCleaner, You need to install MTerminal. Run this command "icleaner -cli". Use texted menu, it worked for me.
