    Yes, but why would you want to play on 13.1.1? You have to be on the latest version in order toplay multiplayer.

    Hmmm, try this: 1.Sign out of iCloud and Game Center 2.Delete PG3D 3.Sign into the iCloud and Game Center that I gave you 4. Install PG3D with the Apple ID I gave you 5. Press "restore purchases" in PG3D

    This all I can think of, but this should work

    Acctually i have no wifi i use internet with mobile data, and app is 2.2Gb so there is restrictions on ios devices on mobile data u cant download heavy apps with it, so i have manually download the latest version and that is not yet uploaded on any third party site so i am downloading old version ?
