It did not work for me, i followed the instructions, but my character is still lvl 1 (i tried the "restore purchase option" but nothing happened)

You have to start over. Sign out of iCloud and Game Center. Then sign into the iCloud and Game Center I gave you and press on "Don't Merge". Open PG3D and everything should pop up
