No problem

Since it's minor optional update you don't need to install 5.1.1 but if you have done so already you can downgrade the app using the "App Admin" tweak which can be found in Cydia 

If you install it you will notice a cog wheel in the "Updates" tab of the App Store, click it and make sure you have the first 2 options checked. Then search for the game and hold the button that says "OPEN" and when you see the popup appear click downgrade and select 5.1.0 

Just leave the app store opened until it finishes then delete ZahirSher's SWC's mod from Cydia and reinstall it
