How to reinstall Cydia via Terminal

if apt-get in terminal is "command not found" install APT 0.7 Strict

Nice tutorial,but,the APT 0.7 require Cydia to be download and installed..

If no MobileTerminal then your best bet would be to manually install it via iFile or place the file in the Cydia AutoInstall folder.
