Help/Support App Store apps not updating - Still not fixed

Ok, this is getting really annoying because I can’t download the cheats I would like download or use the apps I want. I got a new iPhone 7 and still have my jailbroken 6s, but want to use both. The problem is that my jailbroken phone isn’t updating the apps. These apps are stuck on loading. I’ve rejailbroken, restarted, removed and reinstalled app admin multiple times, but it still isn’t working. Please can Simone help me fix this problem without removing the jailbreaking or updating.

You can at least install apps? Delete install? you can buck up your safe etc

Safe mode? maybe you can't download because of tweaks or try not jailbroken state. If you can't download even at unjailbroken state it's weird maybe low Internet something
