Help/Support Impactor Error About Certificate

[SillyTilly 0 iPhone 7 Plus 10.3.2]

I keep trying to put Youtube plus but this keeps coming up.  The first time it came up I kinda figured what it was saying  (i had done it too early and there was a certificate with that id already) but now I'm trying a completely new one and its still giving me this error.  Is there a way to clear the certificates out of the system completely and start fresh with them????

Found it!  Thanks Dida!   I tried searching the good old fashioned way before i posted but certificate yielded no results for me.  But your help did!  Thanks again.
