I have upgraded iOS on Iphone 6S. But after upgrading i cannot open one very important Excel document file (xlsx) which was emailed to me.
Getting the message: Unknown error

anyone have had similar issue?

If its through gmail you can simply download it from a desktop

iOS version shouldn't affect how the Excel app works.

Have you tried opening it on your PC?
