Help/Support PowerPoint online

Hello,
I noticed that PowerPoint online does not work very well with my .ppt format file.  I have one file in which i have inserted various changes. Now i am getting the error message.
Error message: File hangs or crashes. How can i remove the error or what should I do?

Don't really know much about powerpoint but I briefly did a troubleshooting unit for powerpoint. Do you have any linked file or embedded file on the powerpoint? what version is it ?

- Open the first page of the ppt recovery online service here: https://onlinefile.repair/en/powerpoint.html
- Attach your document
- Type or paste email address for notifications
- Type characters from captcha image
- Press "Upload file for recovery" button

Have you tried converting your presentation to another format? I think this is the easiest option, and there are many free online converters. However, I can't tell if it works because I haven't had the same problem, so this is just a guess. You can look up the acceptable formats in the app settings. I often use presentations for work, and I have found a site that allows me to do this much faster. Okslides has many templates that you can customize to suit your needs, and there are different formats to download. My work life became much easier when I discovered this program.
