Ninja——Hashirama Senju

Leader of Senju Clan，the 1st Hokage of Konohagakure in the Land of Fire，the elder brother of the 2nd Hokage Tobirama Senju，one of the creators of Konohagakure，the reincarnation of Asura--the second son of Sage of Six Paths. He is good at using wood release，he has defeated another founder of Konoha--Madara Uchiha，in the Final Valley，though the latter was assisted by 9 Tails. He is called the God of Ninja because of his great power. During the 4th Ninja World War，he was summoned by Orochimaru through dirt reanimation and they fought together against Madara Uchiha.

One of Konoha Sannin，the 5th Hokage，the strongest Medical-nin currently，she has powerful medical capabilities and brute strength and she also taught medical Ninjutsu and brute strength to Sakura Haruno. She is the granddaughter of the 1st Hokage，and the apprentice of the 3rd Hokage. She learned gambling from her grandfather，but she never won a game. Before Jiraiya went to investigate in the Rain Ninja Village，Tsunade bet Jiraiya wouldn't come back. And she is right this time.
