I managed to put a save game on my last day on earth, but now in these other games I can not. Is it because of the LDOE apk being hack apk?

It's better to use iBackupbot but I don't know if it works with iOS 11

You should use the new 2018 tutorial on installing save game hacks. It works and supports latest iOS versions also. Unlike iBackupBot.
