Equip it to accelerate the recovery of Chakra and HP and increases Ninjutsu Attack by 11% each time The max is 100%. No one can deal damage on a Ninja when the target is marked by Hiraishin. Every attack of minato turn to a large damage for only one enemy who has Hiraishin mark. damage effect is equivalent to a 3rd order skill damage.

Ninja introduction-—Minato Namikaze

Ninja——Minato Namikaze

The 4th Hokage，the apprentice of sannin Jiraiya，the husband of Kushina Uzumaki，who is a 9 Tailed Jinchuriki. In order to take revenge，Obito dragged Kushina away when she was about to give birth and was terribly weak. Later Obito unsealed 9 Tails and tried to attack Kpnoha，but he was finally defeated after Naruto was sent back. Before Kushina died，she tried to seal 9 Tails again. In order to allow his wife to see their child again when he grows up，Minato used Reaper Death Seal to seal 9 Tails into Naruto's body，meanwhile，Minato sealed the remaining Chakra from Kushina into his child......

Ninja introduction-—Kushina Uzumaki

Ninja——Kushina Uzumaki

The mother of Naruto，the wife of the 4th Hokage，and the 2nd 9-Tailed Jinchuriki，his red hair represents the symbol of the Uzumaki clan. She is good at sealing jutsu. Because of the characteristics of Uzumaki clan，she owns a great amount of Chakra which is enough for suppressing a Tailed Beast. During the Revolt of the 9 Tails，she was weak due to giving birth to Naruto，while Obito took advantage of this weak point and broke the 9 Tailed Sealings. Eventually，she sealed 9 Tails and a part of her Chakra into her son in conjunction with her husband，the couple died after leaving words to their child.
