Every attack of minato turn to a large damage for only one enemy who has Hiraishin mark. damage effect is equivalent to a 3rd order skill damage.

Ninja——Kushina Uzumaki The mother of Naruto，the wife of the 4th Hokage，and the 2nd 9-Tailed Jinchuriki，his red hair represents the symbol of the Uzumaki clan. She is good at sealing jutsu. Because of the characteristics of Uzumaki clan，she owns a great amount of Chakra which is enough for suppressing a Tailed Beast. During the Revolt of the 9 Tails，she was weak due to giving birth to Naruto，while Obito took advantage of this weak point and broke the 9 Tailed Sealings. Eventually，she sealed 9 Tails and a part of her Chakra into her son in conjunction with her husband，the couple died after leaving words to their child.
