Can’t do anything on iPhone X. Needs my age to play but I click on it and no keyboard shows up to enter it

Unsure if it’s just iPhone X or 10.2 but every free non jailbroken game I’ve downloaded, I’ve had issues with, adverts always cause a problem, I can never close them down so every game I play I need to close down the game from the background and reopen it each time 

surly there’s got to be a fix for this?

What ads are you having issues with? With the Jailed hacks as long as you login  it works as soon as the game starts , you have a pic ?
