Help/Support Cydia Impactor windows 10

When ever i try to install the cydia extender it gives me this certificate error does anyone a have fix for windows 10

Error is

http-win.cpp:159

peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given ca certificates

SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

That usually means you should try again later because the signing servers are experiencing issues.

so we cant do anything right now, until it fixed by cydia impector?

One question sir, can we use iOS App Signer on hackintosh to sign app, then install it using with ifunbox or 3utools with our own apple id ?  so we dont need cydia impactor to install cracked app. CMIIW

So does this mean i will have to reinstall cydia impactor or wait for an update from the creator
