I have iOS 10.2.1 currently on iPhone6. Non Jailbroken.
I downloaded impactor from link here:

I used winRAR and moved all files to local drive. I have iphone tethered to Windows 10 Pro, x64 build desktop. Set to trust computer, iTunes is old (currently updating just in case) I double clicked Impactor app.

While trying to "Install Cydia Extender"

I entered my iTunes info and it happens that it IS a developer account anyway. It runs through some text scrolling saying what it is doing, then stops and pops up this error:

installer.cpp:63
_assert(!teams.empty())

This repeatedly occurs.

I have also since tried APK drag / drop and get the same error.

What do I do to fix this? Thank you so much for your time.

UPDATE:
1. Latest iTunes now installed. Repeated entire process from scratch, still get that same error above
.
2. Tried to install golf clash apk, dragging and dropping onto impactor with phone tethered, and selected in drop box. Got same error above.

Thanks, I misspoke - it was the ipa file, not an apk file.  I still get that error above in red every time. Going to try another computer in a few hours, might update to iOS 11 latest after that.

There were some errors when the .IPA was forced to install over an existing .IPA. Have you made sure to clear existing app data if you had previously installed it? Also, two-step verification will crash it everytime. Try deactivating that and then reactivating after succesful installation? Last, you may try to use an App-Specific-Password from https://appleid.apple.com

I deleted the app entirely, so there should be nothing to over write.

I can't find any two step verification on my device anywhere to turn off.  Thanks again for replying.

EDIT: updated to latest iOS as well now. Still get this error. Now it has the option to double authenticate, and it is turned off. I still get this error. @garfrench2650
