Help/Support Can't open/unzip a .rar file, says "can't be opened as archive"

Hey guys, I am trying to install an app unlock but I seem to be having trouble.

Since this is more of a computer error, I suppose it won't be necessary but I'll still post my ios etc. (ios 10.1.1 JAILBROKEN)

The file I am trying to download is from this link:

I already know how to do the installation and all, the problem is the .rar file. The instructions say to extract yet any rar extractor I use on my computer doesn't seem to open it. I tried some various rar recovery applications posted around the forums but no luck either. 

If someone can perhaps send me an openable .rar or maybe send me the contents at least, that would be greatly appreciated.

Of course, I'm also willing to give it another shot if suggested I try some application. Attached is the supposed .rar file I'm trying to open.

Thanks for the quick fix! I am now able to unzip it. However, I still don't know what the problem was, but whatever.
