Help/Support Float to hex decimal

hello.. I wanted to ask how to convert an opcode (float) for example mov r0,#0x42e60000 (which is 115f) into a hex decimal code?

I tried armconverter.com but it failed to convert.

I understand that 0x42e60000 is 115f for big endian. 

iOS only can do little endian. So switching bytes to 0x0000e642.

I tried doing this " Mov r0, #0x0000e642 " and it converted.
