Help/Support Best Free iPhone manager or backup extractor

so, pretty much, I had a tool that had many options when it came to manage iphones and android phones. but now it's paid

I wanted to ask people here what tools have they encountered that can do exactly that and for free, no premium 40$ for nothing bs.
