Help/Support Jailbreak help?!

Guys I have a jailbroken  IPhone 4s ios 9.3.5 Jailbreaking tool used was Phoenix and I have had it jailbroken for about a week. All the time cydia has been saying "sub-process /usr/libexec/cydia/cydo has returned an error code (2)." I can't even Install updates or any apps but I can add repos and stuff but for now I think cydia is a decoration on my iPhone. I have already sideloaded Ifile ipa using cydia impactor on my IPhone to try to fix since I can't install anything on cydia to fix the error but I can't even create files on that Ifile. SO anyone plz help because I'm pretty MAD.....

Download ur version from https://ipsw.me and after you download you should take your phone to dfu mode . after connect the phone to pc and itunes gives you an error pres okey.and you must press  shift and click retore the iphone. select your firmware from downloaded internet. After then restore your phone and install jailbreak again I th,nk Your jailbreak was broken  sorry for my english  Iwil take a video what should you do :
