Help/Support Dragonsoul RPG Lockout

[MsxRawr 2 iPhone SE (2022) 14.3]

So at the beginning of the year I was suspended from dragonsoul and I'm not exactly sure why but from the beginning of the year up until now when I try to play it says "Your Account Has Been Suspended" if I was suspended shouldn't it be up by now? Any help or explanation is appreciated!

I have, they asked for my account ID and a few things about my account but I mean I haven't been on it in almost a year how am I supposed to know what is on the account...

Then how are you on it now?

I'm not on it lol, if it's permanent is there a way to start over without getting the message literally as soon as i open the game?

Try Apps Manager and log out of Game Center.
