Hi i have an ipad mini (no retina display) followed the process but the hack does not work, should put the ipad in airplane mode or something like that?

 

ios 9.0.2  it shows up in settings but when trying to buy in store stuff it doesn't do anything, if i activate something it doesn't do nothing when i open the game
