Every hacked game runs the risk of getting banned, there is no 100% way to stop it even with some anti ban hacks as well, there's always a chance you'll get banned still. I've been very careful so far in pvp. I tend to try and match my opponents unit count but I'll wait a few seconds and drop an extra troop to gain a slight advantage. I even let myself get hit a bit or let him get me down to half health. Don't go all out and spam troops, that's a good way to get banned as players can manually report you. Don't abuse the hack as most hacks say, abusing hacks can lead to perma ban. Take it slow, you can abuse it in story mode but not in pvp.
