I tried with LocalIAPStore but it also doesn't work. But I expected it because with Dual Destinies it didn't work either, had to wait for a hack for that one.

if you have IAPcrazy try with it , i suspect it has something to do with my version or iphone

i have iphone 6s ios 9.3.3 with ipacrazy 2

Well It's not the base game cost the problem.

Buying the chapters is heavily overpriced(IMO) for a mobile game.
