Help/Support Cydia not working after I factory resetted my phone

So I factory resented my phone and now cydia has some error when I go inside the cudia app and when I trying to download something as u can see in this pics

Sorry dude, just leaving office. Search Google. I had this at the weekend and resolved it within 15 mins.

You're not supposed to factory reset your phone if Jailbroken.

What do I mean ?

i factory reseted bc I had a loading logo stuck when trying to jailbreak

So I'm jailbroken and when I do load the terminal IPA with the link u gave me I get this
