1. The FileBrowser on emu4ios is supposed to be an iFile for non-jailbroken but I've never tested it on non-jailbroken iPhones...

2. Even if somehow you got iFile on your non-jailbroken iDevice, you wouldn't be able to install .debs at all... You cannot do that without jailbreak.

Your best bet would be to jailbreak your iPhone or wait until a Jailbreak comes out and also try and get FileBrowser working from emu4ios, maybe it might help. :)

TinyUmbrella is working on being able to downgrade again with SHSH blobs in the future so you won't be stuck on an unwanted iOS anymore. :)

Don't really understand the sHSH Blobs thingy.....

Basically, whenever you go on a new iOS version, save your SHSH blobs if you want to downgrade back to that version in the future. :)

So if I wanted to downgrade to iOS 9.0.2 to jailbreak my devices that's currently on the 9.1 I'll be able to using tiny umbrella ? And is there any risks using tiny umbrella like will my device become bricked ? Updated by Noob Saibot

That's what they say and no risks.

i'll give it a try then, but before I do is there anything you can advise me on before proceeding ?

You can't give it a try because it's not operational. It's just something they're planning.
