NVM everyone, I was able to avoid using Cydia at all and just hooked up the jailbroken phone to Ifunbox. Since I had already downloaded and paid for the app when it was live, I was able to re-download it and add the files that are available on the internet to the app via ifunbox and it now has all the games. I did not have to use ipa installer + or ifile.
