Help/Support Can't install from the App Store

[Godlessdiamond 8 iPhone 11 13.3]

My App Store don't work I have the yalu102  jb and can't  install or update I need to restart my device and remove my jailbreak so I can update or install need help I can open the App Store and it load but when I tap get or update it won't work it just looks loading then back to get again really need help

all I have installed:

App cake

app sync

big boss icon 

bypass x

Evanesco

Filza

flex 3

game gem 

HYI repo icon

Do you have App Store tweaks installed? (App admin)

I have app admin also and doesn't affect me. Are you sure you're not trying to update cracked apps from a 3rd party store (AppCake..etc) that will cause the long loading indicator and for nothing to download/update.

No I did not use a third party app to install than update it on the App Store i am kinda new here and this is very weird to me and I don't really use App cake that much and I don not know what you mean
