Help/Support Help remove fake repo and sources

So I just successfully jailbroke my iPhone 6 on 10.2 and the last time I had jailbroken was during the 3GS era. So with that said I had no clue we had come as far as having fraudulent repo sources.

Currently whatever repo it is, is preventing me from restoring because i cannot connect to iTunes, I struggle deleting from cydia because it freezes on the loading screen. And lastly I cannot install any tweaks and or apps because the apps themselves do not show on the home screen.

None of them are fake. Most are official repos and others are non-official but they're legit.
