it's a shame to say..but i really have no idea about how to reboot without remove cydia(when i reboot ,i should install again because i cannot open cydia after rebooting...)

Well I assume it means to reboot and then rejailbreak 

I been having issues where the apps just crash at launch. Downloads the apps but it crashes after launch
