Not sure what you're asking here but you must have iFunbox or iExplorer installed on your computer and find the directory Application/TapTitans/Documents/ and replace the files. If you're on mobile with iFile, delete all the files in /var/mobile/Applications/TapTitans/Documents. Then download the new files and paste them in the Documents folder there using iFile.
