You will need to modify the IPA and install it via Impactor.

You can port most Flex cheats to Non-Jailbroken.

But i couldn't find the information in the forum.

And i don't have any knowlage about porting Flex cheats to non-jailbreak stuff.

Can you enlighten me or is it too much to ask for 40 post guy

You will need to learn how to hack first and how to make .debs. Once you know that, you can learn how to make Jailed cheats.

By the way, installing cracked apps via impactor needs revoking.

Modified apps require revoking too?

You should try/use the new 2018 tutorial on installing save game hacks. It works and supports latest iOS versions also. Unlike iBackupBot.
