When ur cydia says it can't locate file , just restart cydia and try to install tweak again and if it does it again just hit the back button then it will give u three options clear , modify and something else I don't remember but hit clear and u will be able to install the tweak successfully

And about the friends list, I got mine working with no problem. First of all I don't know why u need friends list if u using this hack.
