Yeah same thing happens to me with most system apps such as Settings.app, Messages.app, and even Terminal. idk how to fix it, ill at least try Crash Reporter.

Xcon maybe? Look for tweaks that affect all the apps on your iDevice.

 

Crash reporter will help also.

Deleted xCon a while ago, but when I go into safe mode everything is fine. I've been trying to figure out the tweak that is causing it, but no solutions as of now.

thats not for settings.app open it when it crashes then take a pic and please change that font i cant read it at all

Open setting and apps its crashed crashed reporter give option in notifications ( Any app name) took too long to perform a task.
