Help/Support Ringtones

Was just recently messing with my message and ringtones, downloaded a few mp3's, converted em to m4r's. put them in /Library/Ringtones. The received text tone works just fine, both when getting a text and when applying it in the settings. The ringtone however, isn't working, when I select it it just vibrates like when it plays a preview of the default ringtone you select, but no sound.. Converted all files just by changing the extension, after the ringtone didn't work, deleted it resprang and converted it with vlc, still no luck. Any thoughts????

 

Iphone 6+  8.1.2   Not on silent mode Have ToneEnadbler installed ( believe it's version # is 1.1r-14)  It's 19 seconds long
