How do we hack that on iOS? It take me to a page where u have to download the file but iOS can't download the file. Can someone make a video and show me how to hack it on iOS ?plzz

I'm receiving error code -1, is anyone else having this problem?  I originally was receiving error code 37, so I did what it said and turned off find iphone, but then I was receiving error code -1.  The description is essentially the same thing as error code 37, any thoughts on what to do to resolve this?
