Once you clicked on "Restore to Device" you need to select some options and set it like this:

Click OK on the Restore Options window and the file restoring will start. Your device will reboot when finished.

When I do this the restore progress freezes then says my phone loses connection, reboots and is just back to normal? Any ideas?
