I'm trying to buy vip, I'm from the U.K., and everytime I enter my postcode, it deletes the other half when I click save, can someone please help:(

When I enter my card details, it says the zip code/postal code you entered is invalid. My postcode format is XX00 0XX but it deletes the last 3 characters
