Help/Support Can't make any in app purchase

so as what the title says, ever since I install the iapcake or something along that line, when I want to make a proper purchase it shows no price or anything just unavailable purchase, after I remove it and check again it works but I cannot buy anything, so I remove the localapp thing, still the same thing there was no pop out asking me to sign in and make the payment, any suggestion other then semi restore

The App Store is having issues right now. When did this start happening?

It started happening today, sad cause there's lots of promo and sale too, it was working fine yesterday

Yeah, App Store is having issues. You aren't able to download any apps if you try.
