Help/Support Dokkan Battle .deb error 256

Whenever I install the .deb on my jailbroken iPhone 6 ios 10.1.1 it says this

I have tried deleting the previous version from cydia, but it never deletes.

Any suggestions? Thanks

You can't install the new hack without removing the old one.

Uninstall the old hack first then install the new one

Delete the old hack and the new one

Then install the new hack again

When I go into Cydia then I go to the tweak, then press uninstall it looks like it does it, then It tells me to restart my springboard. After that I looked in setting and it was there (the old verion)
